IBD will join to the company by purchasing any of the packages, after purchasing any of the products he / she will get life time membership of the company. (Subjected to Renewal and Rejoining).

	Online login will be done by Registered Member, who will have their own login ID's & Passwords.
	Member will use E-pins (pre-paid) (Payment Gateway will come soon) for doing registrations.
	Member with package of Rs. 2500 cannot sponsor new members.

This project contains Growth Plan. Member will get income from the cycle he/she has joined. For example – member A joined in the company cycle no. 5 then he will get income of first cycle immediately after closing 5th company cycle.

Very Important :
- Client will close the existing cycle on 01 Dec 2009 (the end date of the closing will be 31st Dec 2009) and will start next cycle on 1st Jan 2010.
- New Growth amounts are applicable from 1st Jan 2010.
- For example – Member A is in his 5th cycle. On current closing he will get income as per the existing plan and his income on 6th cycle will be as per the new plan.

	Unlimited Depth Binary 3 times in a month. 1st to 10th, 11th to 20th and 21st to 31st Maximum Capping 50000/- per 10 days. 1:1 ratio & Carried Forward unlimited depth. But only unmatched unit (one side) Left/Right.
	This is the unlimited binary Plan.
	This Plan is based on no. of units associated with each joining package.
	Payout calculation will be after every 10 days.
	Capping per payout is Rs. 50,000/-
	Pair amount is Rs. 500/-
	All unmatched counts will be carried forwarded.
	1st 1:2 or 2:1 will get Rs.500/- and balance one will be carried forwarded.

These are the awards which member can achieve.

The Award calculation will be done on monthly basis. Only fresh Direct units will be considered for the award qualification.

Member will get only highest award and only one award in a payout/month. One member can achieve on award any no. of times.

Total No. of Qualifier / Total Allotted Amount Unlimited Depth will Count. Each Unit Rs. 5000/-

Minimum 10% one side (Left/Right) of Total unit to qualify for any Club Compulsory.

It’s calculated monthly basis i.e. 1st to 31st every month

	After completion of 24 Growth cycles member will stop getting all incomes i.e. Systematic Reward Point, Promotional Reward point, Matching Bonus, Referral Reward and Monthly Royalty Club.
	Renewal – Administrator will renewal any BD. - After renewal member will start getting Promotional Reward points however he will not get Systematic reward point, Matching Bonus, Direct Referral and Monthly Royalty Club income. - Once renewed ID can be rejoined. In this case cycle of Rejoining will be considered as first cycle.
	Rejoining – Administrator will rejoin any BD. - After rejoining member will start getting all incomes on business done on or after . - After rejoining, units of rejoined ID will be considered Growth Target of the company. Units of Renewed ID will not be considered for any of the income of up line i.e. Matching Bonus, Direct Referral, Monthly Royalty and Promotional Reward.

	Growth Income will be calculated on Monthly basis.
	Matching Bonus Income will be calculated after every 10 days.
	Royalty club income will be calculated on monthly basis.
	System will contain three income calculation modules and three income vouchers for each mentioned above.
	Direct Referral will be processed on monthly basis.

	TDS: 10.00%. TDS will be deducted from every payout.
	Admin Charges: 6% from every payout.
	RRF : 4% will be deducted from Matching Bonus Point i.e. Binary Income and Royalty . This deduction is not applicable on Growth Plan, Direct Referral.

	Renewal & Rejoining: Renewal amount is Rs. 2000/- from Level 2 to Level 4. & from Level 5 to Mahasankalp1 is Rs.5000/- & for Mahasankalp2 is Rs. 10,000/- .
	RRF will be used: - If any BD goes uncertainty of death then Rs.51000/- of his/her family from the company & in case of major accident Rs. 21000/- he/she will get from the company.
