| Any member who participates as a business developer is subject to terms and conditions framed or announced or changed or prevelent at the point of time intimated to the person /persons and the same shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the participants of such terms and conditions as ammendeed from time to time. |

| MSMIPL makes promises contained in the agreement and in other official company material published by the company and no business developer is authorised to make additional promises to the prospective business developer. The business developer will have no authority to bind the company to any obligation, commitment of any kind and business developer is not the agent, employee or legal representative of MSMIPL. |

| All the disputes arising out of or in relation more particularly mentioned in the business developing agreement to this programme/scheme shall be settled in accordance with the law applicable in india or law in force . |
